PROCESSING TIME

Products are sent to the nearest post office, thus we suggest that you use your PO Box address if you have one. By sending your order to the pO Box address it will speed up delivery due to the fact that you will not need to wait for the notification slip to be sent to your place of residence.

Our average processing time is about 5 business days. The processing time may also be affected by public holidays, stock status as well as the time of the year. Certain of our orders can take up to 7 working days to process. Kindly note that if you place an order that contains more than one product, the processing time will be based on the product with the longest processing time.

We have 2 shipping options:

    1. Economic - 50 to 60 days (Parcel may not be trackable) - FREE
    2. Priority Tracked Mail - 30 to 50 days (Parcels are trackable to the neatest post office) R 70.00

Often our parcels are delivered within 3-4 weeks. You can request a  refund if after 90 days you have not received your parcel, however by requesting the refund you undertake to post the items back to us when they do arrive at your own cost.

Funky Nail Art is a global platform, connecting customers with nail product merchants from across the world. Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the merchant.

Shipping

  • The majority of our orders are shipped via registered mail (you will receive a tracking number to follow your order online via this WEBSITE - https://funkynailart.aftership.com/).
  • Certain products sent from distributors will be shipped without a tracking number, the 60 day refund policy for items not received will still apply to these products.

Should your order contain multiple items Funky Nail Art may at our own discretion split your order into different packages according to stock levels in our suppliers warehouses around the world.

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! Funky Nail Art cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is the delivery address, so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, all our items are drop shipped from our suppliers abroad, therefore your package may be inspected at customs. We cannot be held responsible for extra charges. Buyers are responsible for customs charges.

When your parcel arrives at it's destination you will have to go to the relevant Post Office with your tracking number and collect your parcel with your ID document. Your destination Post Office will be based on your shipping address used at the time of placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via SA Post Office that are held up at their depots for any reason. Kindly note that we cannot be held liable for any import duties or tax that needs to be paid when collecting the parcel.
