Returns and Refunds
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping, please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded
Funky Nail Art does not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs fees, taxes, postal fees or VAT related costs
All products on FunkyNailArt.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 90 days. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time. We offer a full refund on any items that do not arrive within 90 days, however by getting the refund you will need to undertake to post the items back to us when they do arrive.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
Refunds On Orders
We will not offer any refunds once your order has been paid for on Funky Nail Art and we have ordered the products from our suppliers. Refund requests will only be considered if the products in your order have not been ordered from our suppliers or products are not delivered within 90 days (as per out delivery guarantee)
Disputes Following Delivery
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not in working order or the wrong product, you can contact us to resolve these problems.
Return Shipping Fee
If you agree to return your item you will be liable for shipping fees.
